While we expect our free speech event to be peaceful\, powerful\, and uneventful (in terms of conflict)\, it’s always good to prepare. \nIndivisible Akron’s leaders went through this training over the summer in Washington D.C.\, and they’ll take you through the exercises. Dress comfortably. \nWho should attend this training? Anyone who’s interested in de-escalating conflicts\, dealing with counter-protestors and helping to ensure our events are safe and peaceful. You do not ** need to be a peace marshal to attend this meeting. \nRSVP REQUIRED
